Eating into the Neighborhood

Join The GrowHaus and select panel members during their discussion surrounding the issues of sustainability and urban growth, particularly concerning food access and production within Denver.  This charged discussion will focus on Denver's rapid urban development and the impact that it has on food access.  As our communities change, understanding the direction that we are heading will provide better opportunities to engage with local food production and create a more connected, brighter community.  Light food will be provided, along with a cash bar.  The panel members are:

  • Blake Angelo, Manager of Food Systems Development, City of Denver
  • Beverly Grant, Owner, Mo' Betta Green MarketPlace
  • Adam Schlegel, Executive Director Eat Denver, Founder, Snooze Eatery
  • Christopher Smith, Senior Program Officer, Healthy Living, Colorado Health Foundation
