The GrowHaus is proud to be partnering with Seattle Fish Company for our June También Workshop: Sourcing and Cooking Sustainable Seafood. Seattle Fish Company is the region’s largest supplier of fresh fish and believes responsible fishing is an opportunity to provide communities with a healthy protein, while being conscious of our impact on the environment.

During this workshop, the pros from the Seattle Fish team will provide an interactive presentation on everything you need to know about cooking fish! You'll learn about sustainable sourcing practices and how to 'shop', store, and prepare fish for your next dinner! You'll even get the inside scoop on identifying and tasting oysters!
