Estefana has come to our no-cost grocery program since its inception in the summer of 2014. Cosechando Salud, our weekly cooking class and accompanying grocery program, provides our community members with fresh, healthy produce and teaches them how to cook it into delicious meals.

Over 2,500 people join us for Cosechando Salud in a year, and for people like Estefana it is a program that provides more than food. Estefana says, “I keep coming back to The GrowHaus, not only because my family needs the food, but because I feel safe here.”
