Terms and Conditions
Signing up- When you sign up, a secure, online member profile is created for you with your share options, your pick-up location, and your account activity. You can view and edit your account, change your pickup location, credit card info, or password and even place a vacation or suspension hold just by signing in to your account. You are able to make a purchase for a single week or order a subscription for 4, 8, or 12 weeks.
Picking up- We will send out emails to remind you to pick up your food box at the distribution point you have chosen. However, it is your responsibility to do so. Your box will be at the specified pick-up location on the designated delivery dates and time. The box is guaranteed during the pick-up hours If you are unable to pick up or make arrangements for your box to be picked up, your box will be considered a donation. NOTE: You can have a friend or family member pick-up on your behalf.
Cancellation Policy-Your subscription will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW following the completion of your order. You will AUTOMATICALLY be billed for another subscription for the same number of weeks for the same box once your balance has reached $0. You have the ability to manage your own subscription (stop and start at any time) Going out of town? Put your subscription on hold until you get back. You must cancel your subscription by THURSDAY AT NOON to effectively cancel for that week’s distribution. YOU CAN CANCEL ANY TIME by contacting Kathryn at Kathryn@thegrowhaus.org.
Return Policy- Your purchase of a food box is entirely guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with the quality of your produce, we will happily replace it or refund your purchase. Unfortunately, spoilage is a risk we take when supporting small scale farms that don't use harsh chemicals when raising their crops. We do our best to inspect each item to ensure it isn't bruised, punctured, or otherwise bad but we realize there is always room for error.
