Youth-Focused Wellness and Leadership Programs

The GrowHaus invites children and teens from the communities served to participate in interactive programs that build healthy habits and lay the groundwork for youth to develop confidence as leaders.

The GrowHaus’ youth-centric programs instill an appreciation for nutritious food, the importance of a balanced diet, and the agency that comes from making informed choices. Through interactive workshops, hands-on cooking sessions, and community garden initiatives, young individuals are immersed in health and nutrition.
