It began with cultivating food justice in North Denver’s Globeville and Elyria-Swansea Neighborhoods. Now, The GrowHaus reaches 7,000 neighbors across Denver via 24 food access sites! Next’s Work of Thanks with Kyle Clark featured The GrowHaus in one of their 2022 micro-giving campaigns, supporting this critical food access work.

Supporting Food Access in Globeville and Elyria-Swansea

Thank you to our Word of Thanks supporters, who helped us reach our goal of $25,000 to add 50 more families to our no-cost food box program!

Participants of The GrowHaus’ no-cost food access program receive reliable, fresh, culturally meaningful ingredients every other week to make around 20 delicious and healthy meals.

Over 100 households are on the waitlist for this program, and we could use your help to serve them.

What We Do

Food Access:

The GrowHaus provides no-cost food access, centered on fresh produce and nutritious food staples for households across Denver.

Youth Education:

The GrowHaus provides year-round opportunities for children and their caregivers to learn about growing and cooking healthy food, as well as overall wellness and leadership.

Community Outreach:

The GrowHaus provides community outreach programming that engages members of our community and connects them with resources so that they can cultivate healthy and nourished families and communities.
